Kala Anthology of Short Stories
We are pleased to announce our 2nd anthology of short stories. This is for young adults (16-21 years). 25 short stories found suitable by the judges shall be published.
The anthology is tentatively titled ‘A Journey into the Future: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Refuse, Restore’.
Entries close on 15th November 2025.

Salient terms are summarized below.
The stories should have ‘Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Refuse, Restore’ as the central theme.
There is no entry fee for participation.
Entries are open only for young adults in the age group of 16 (as on 1st July 2024)-21 (as on 30th June 2025) years.
The short story shall be written in English and should be of 2000 to 2500 words.
There is no restriction on the number of stories that can be submitted by the writer. A separate form should be submitted for each story.
